Briel machines are fully repairable, so we have a defined repair process. During the warranty period, and upon presentation of valid proof of purchase, repairing your machine is free of charge. If the machine is out of warranty or the warranty conditions don't apply, you can send the machine to our facilities or request a pickup. There is a quote fee for the repair, which is deducted from the final repair cost.
You can order parts on our website under “Accessories”. However, if you make any modification to the inside of the machine, it will void the warranty.
Before making your coffee, follow these recommendations: 1. Remove the protective plastic from the intake and outlet tubes. 2. Add water to the tank. 3. Turn on the machine and press the coffee extraction button without the portafilter inserted. 4. Let water run for thirty seconds, then press the extraction button again to stop. 5. Wait for the green light to turn on to reach the ideal temperature (repeat this step every time you want to make a coffee). 6. Your coffee machine is ready to pull the perfect espresso!
